Translation – thanks to Dr. Dale Manor : “This holy church was painted personally and equally by the
people, led by Bishop Peter of Corinth who went through many torments to anoint these crosses. May God have mercy upon the soul of the deceased, this holy cross of Gregory of Diyarbekir.”
